   Are chips unhealthy?

The main ingredient of the chips is potato and potato contains a whole range of important vitamins and nutrients. Even After Processing the chips still contain quite a significant amount of these. Chips do however; belong to the foodstuffs that have a high energy density, which is why they should be enjoyed in moderation within the framework of a balance diet.

Are Chips addictive?

No. It’s just that the consumption of seasoned foods generally leaves you wanting more.

No, only the freshest ingredients are used.

 

Are nuts a healthy snack for someone with high cholesterol?
